Three Saturdays out of the month we will need volunteers to help tutor our scholars from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm. Please let us know let us know if you have expertise in particular subjects.
Students are currently needing tutoring in the following subjects:
- College Algebra
- Biology
- Precalclus
- Spanish
- Calculus

Description
At BHGHCO, education is seen as the key to self-sufficiency and college is the avenue towards a career for a stable future. For over 25 years, BHGHCO has been providing a pathway to a successful future for young people who have the ambition and determination to achieve a college education and a life of service but do not have the supports to reach this goal. We believe that motivated children can overcome significant barriers and develop their inherent talents when engaged in strong relationships and opportunities for academic and character development. By opening a doorway of opportunity for these young scholars through year-round college-preparatory supports, they are able to thrive in an environment that empowers them and allows them to develop their life skills and strengths.
