Do you desire to help women experiencing abuse? Are you great at facilitating groups? Do you desire to make a difference in the lives of others that need support? If so, we would love to speak with you about becoming a Support Group facilitator. Our support groups are held in both Carver and Scott counties.
We request that facilitators commit to a minimum of 6 months. This support group take place once a week in Chaska (Carver County) for 1.5 hours per week from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Groups are held in Chaska on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Support group locations are private to protect all parties. Volunteers must pass a criminal background check, and attend an orientation/training in Belle Plaine, MN. Quarterly in-service trainings are also required.
