ORGANIZATION: Full Life Care

Are you interested in working with older adults with memory loss? We're looking for volunteers with an interest in engaging with clients in our Memory Care Program. Volunteers are especially needed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 10 am - 1 pm. The Memory Care program is from 10 am - 3 pm.

Volunteer responsibilities:

  • Help lead exercise activities
  • Help plan and assist with art and cooking projects
  • Interact and connect with participants by sharing conversation or just listening.
  • Share a special talent like musical performance, artistic skills, or hobbies or even bring a pet to visit!
We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment but would prefer a 6-month commitment or longer.

Full Life Care is the largest Adult Day Health organization in the Northwest. Our programs function much like senior centers -- places where older adults and adults with disabilities can socialize and enjoy group activities. We help participants maintain an independent and dignified lifestyle by enhancing their physical, social and cognitive functioning.
