ELITE ACADEMY in Macon, Ga is currently seeking an After School Program Director. This is a part-time position maintaining approximately 25 hours per week, with additional time for planning, preparation, and compliance as needed.

Responsibilities would include providing fun and engaging activities for between 30-50 students after school daily. The Director would be responsible for getting the program started before the students arrive and cleaning up and closing the program after the students leave each day. This position would also require the creation of structured/themed activities for students in grades K-5. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for hiring and supervising a group of assistants to ensure a smooth running program. The Director is also responsible for maintaining and upholding state and county protocols, procedures, and mandates. Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must, as this position will communicate daily with workers, children, and parents
