5K Race day set up. Includes, but not limited to: balloon & signage placement, water station, happy hair station, coach/team assistance, finish line refreshments, etc. and all volunteers to line the race course to cheer on our girls at the start of the race.

Description
A physical activity-based program for girls in grades 3-5 to provide tools to help the grow physically and emotionally over the course of the 10 week curriculum. The program culminates with the girls being prepared to run a 5K.
