Family Promise of Greater Denver is holding our annual auction fundraiser to support families experiencing/at risk of homelessness, on Thursday November 7th. We need 8 volunteers to check in our guests and then check them out at the end of the evening, as well as enter winning bidders throughout the evening.
We are looking for people who are very comfortable working with computers, are detail-oriented, friendly, and enjoy welcoming guests and working at a fast-paced event. We'll be using an application called Auctions for Salesforce to enter data as guests check in and out. You will need to bring your own laptop, running Chrome. There will be training sessions the week before the auction (Sunday 11/3 and Tuesday 11/5, both at 7 pm) and you must commit to attending one of them.
On the night of the auction you should arrive at 4:30 pm and expect to stay until 9:30 pm. All volunteers are welcome to join us for dinner and participate in the festivities! Please contact us for more information.
