We are looking for a program assistant to handle initial communications in a timely manner through our initial contact phone voice mail.
Most inquiries can be answered with standard responses that are tailored to address the questions or concerns of that specific phone call. As needed, the program assistant will take a message and forward all important information to a core team of volunteers who have more experience in handling various functions within our organization.
You'll need to be able to document each contact and how it was handled with any followup being taken care of as well.
We expect the program assistant to support the principles of Marley's Cat Tales and be willing to learn as much about the organization and its mission as possible. We also expect this person to represent Marley's in the most positive and professional manner at all times.

We are foster home network based around the triangle. We strive to provide a respectful environment for our volunteers.
Description
We provide education about animal health and responsible pet ownership, create partnerships in rescue and adoption, engage in TNR, and finding the best match for our rescued animals to adoptive homes.
