The Farmstead Arts Center operates under the Friends of the Kennedy Martin Stelle Farmstead, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. The Friends of the KMS is currently in search for new board members who will bring a fresh perspective to the work and operation of the Farmstead Arts Center. New board members will ideally have an arts or history background, or an interest in local art and historical preservation. Being a Basking Ridge resident is a plus!
The Farmstead is specifically looking for a Board Treasurer. In addition to participating in all other board member activities, the Treasurer will work with the bookkeeper and Board President to maintain financial records and help prepare financial reports, tax filings, and the annual budget. The person in this position should be comfortable with finance.
Board members should be free to attend board meetings several times a year. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We appreciate your interest!
