The Clinic Reception Assistant is responsible for maintaining order during shot clinic days (every Friday and every second Saturday of the month). They will be managing the Sign-In sheet and making sure that people are listed in the order they arrive, this will insure fair treatment. They will hand out the appropriate paper work and make sure that it is filled our appropriately. Most importantly, they will maintain order by allowing the appropriate amount of people inside of the clinic and the rest outside, But don't worry! During your time volunteering as the Clinic Reception Assistant you will have plenty of opportunities to love on our client animals and get to know new people from all walks of life! Please note that this position is not in the clinic but in the clinic LOBBY

Description
We are an independent non-profit that rescues dogs and cats in the Tulsa Area. Services we provide to the public include a low-cost shot clinic, low-cost spay and neuter, low-cost minor needs veterinary clinic, adoptions, cruelty investigation, and educaiton. Volunteers are at the heart of our organization and we would not be able to accomplish our mission without them.
