BayPath Elder Services is currently looking for Meals on Wheels drivers for the town of Southborough. Meals are picked up at the Westborough Senior Center at 4 Rogers Road, Westborough, MA. Meals are delivered Monday - Friday and each route takes approximately an hour to deliver. Meals are ready for pick-up in Westborough at 11:00am. Volunteers generally commit to 1 day a week. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, pass a CORI background check and have a valid driver's license. Drivers use their own vehicles and can request mileage reimbursement.

Description
Springwell, Inc., a private, non-profit organization, is part of a statewide network of Aging Services Access Points and nationwide network of Area Agencies on Aging that coordinate care services to enhance the quality of life for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Services include homemaking, personal care, grocery shopping, home delivered meals, transportation, and more. Volunteers provide vital help delivering meals, doing grocery shopping, visiting with isolated older adults, helping with budgeting and monthly bills, and advocating for those living in nursing homes.
