Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center provides free counseling services to one of the most under-served communities in Chicago. Our clientele with substance abuse issues encompass intractable problems like homelessness, unemployment, and previous criminal convictions. We receive generous donations and would like assistance from a volunteer to help sort and manage these contributions.

Mission Statement
The Mission of Above and Beyond is to build an individualized treatment experience that is available to anyone in need regardless of their economic status. Our clients and clinicians create therapeutic alliances that design and execute personalized programs of recovery that co-exist side-by-side personal development and growth goals. We believe that recovery is a process that requires meeting individuals where they are at as well as addressing their environmental life circumstances such as: education, employment readiness, interpersonal relationships, and social reintegrative abilities and activities.

We are a 501C3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals who seek recovery from alcohol and drugs at no charge whatsoever. We're free.
