We would like some one to help with our underwriting opportunities for local businesses. This volunteer position would involve learning the basics of community radio underwriting which is different from commercial radio sales due to FCC restrictions. Ideal candidate should be outgoing, and willing to learn about how supporting community radio is an excellent way to get the word out about local businesses. Good organizational skills helpful, as well as communication skills.

Two Harbors Community Radio provides low power listener-supported radio to build community in the greater Two Harbors area through inter-generational grassroots participation. Two Harbors Community Radio offers an open forum for all voices to be heard in an atmosphere of respectful inquiry into our shared social issues and respective cultural expressions and beliefs.
Description
Two Harbors Community Radio services include:
- Local news, community announcements and emergency management information
- A medium for local creative arts expression and coverage of community and school events
- A forum for exchange of information, opinions, and ideas
- Information for visitors to our area to enhance their experience on the North Shore
- Opportunities for multi-generational listener participation in all aspects of community radio
