Description/Purpose: Provide ongoing data entry support for Philanthropy’s Raiser’s Edge donor database.
Time Commitment: Ongoing commitment-weekly or twice monthly preferred, depending upon seasonal volume.
Primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
- Performs data entry and processing of monetary gifts received; acknowledges and expedites tax receipts to donors in an accurate, timely and consistent manner.
- Researches and evaluates documents for accuracy and completeness; verifies Customer Relationship Management (CRM) input against source document(s) ensuring data integrity.
- Provides general administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database systems (Raisers Edge ideal)
- Strong organizational, analytical and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication; time management skills, initiative and follow up.
- Read, interpret and record a variety of data.
