Grace Hospice is in need of someone to come in on Wednesday or Thursdays and call all of our patients that are still at home to make sure they have all the supplies they need to make it through the weekend! This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to help but maybe isn't comfortable going to see a patient in person yet!
