Our volunteer coaches guide and support designated nonprofit employees in pursuit of job-related excellence. Coaches assigned to the EXCEL leadership program work with one client for a nine-month period from September to June. The schedule for other coaches varies upon the assignment and can be arranged to fit your schedule.

Our coaches all have significant executive leadership and management expertise. After the assignment concludes, the coaches generally talk about how rewarding the experience has been.

We get frequent requests to place coaches in nonprofits both large and small. Prior to being placed, we ask that you participate in our coaching for change workshop.
