Hello!

Able ARTS Work is hosting our annual ARTifact Community Showcase! The event will take place on Saturday, September 8, 2018. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with kitchen and refreshments distribution during the event from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM. Volunteers must be 18 or over to apply.

ARTifact Gallery, an art forum, is located at the Cultural Education Center for the Arts (CECA) in the city of Hawthorne. It first opened its doors as an educational classroom in July of 2007. Since its inception it has hosted various workshops, served as an exhibit gallery, an installation space as well as an art forum for the community of Southern California.

Able ARTS Work enables individuals with disabilities to use the creative arts to attain their highest realizations and capabilities. Able ARTS Work provides arts-based education and therapy in the areas of communication, community inclusion, psycho-emotional development, positive and adaptive social behavior and basic life skills.
