Help eligible immigrants apply for their citizenship!

Attorneys/DOJ Accredited Volunteers will work on day long workshops helping walk applicants through the process of eligibility screening and filling out the application for citizenship.

Non-attorney volunteers can help with registering applicants, interviewing clients to fill out the application, and managing logistics such as workshop flow and meals for volunteers. Great opportunity for law students and paralegals. Letter of Recommendations and Certificates will be provided to all volunteers with a minimum number of clients.

All NEW volunteers MUST attend an Naturalization Application Assistance Orientation and Fee Waiver training at Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, 1530 James M Wood Los Angeles CA90015. For more details about future orientations and trainings, please contact Efrain Villa at evilla@ccharities.org

No foreign language skills or legal background required.
