The San Francisco Public Library is offering a 4 week introductory workshop which covers computer skills such as Microsoft Word, using the internet, internet safety, sending emails, and applying for jobs.
We are seeking patient volunteers with solid basic-to-intermediate computer skills who would be comfortable helping participants as the instructor leads the class. If you've been thinking about volunteering with the Library, this is a nice short-term way to get your feet wet! (Although we don't usually recommend wet feet around electronic devices. Safety first!)
