We are looking for volunteers drivers to provide transportation to our care receivers. Interlink needs your help providing transportation for those elders and people with disabilities in the Nez Perce County, Idaho and Asotin County, Washington. Drivers use there own vehicles and can be reimbursed at .545 cents a mile.

Transportation means independence and freedom, and that is what you will be giving to your riders, supporting Interlink’s mission to improve the lives of older adults and enable them to continue to live in their homes.

Description

Since 1984, Interlink volunteer have empowered elders and those with disabilities to live independently in their homes through three services: transportation, installation of temporary and permanent ramps, and safety modifications, such as bathroom grab bars or stair handrails. In addition to these services, Interlink volunteers can assist with operation support such as, office receptionists, social media, and special events. Clients must live in Asotin County, Washington or Nez Perce County, Idaho.
