Coach youth, ages 5- 12 years old.
*You will be considered a role model assigned to our little league Football cheerleader, Help Young People Excel (H.Y.P.E.)
*You will be considered a role model for young people assigned to our
team; therefore sportsmanship, fair play, and full participation are all
mandatory. Coach of male and/or female cheerleaders, ages 5- 12 years old.
The role of the Cheerleading Coach is to teach the cheerleading squad to promote school spirit
and encouragement of athletic teams. H.Y.P.E. sees the role of the Cheerleading Coach
as being someone who, in addition to having a high level of knowledge in coaching the sport of
cheerleading, can teach and model all the aspects of the H.Y.P.E. Ideally, it
will be someone who can coach our young women and men in a highly competitive sport yet
help them keep a balance in all aspects of their lives, spiritually, socially, mentally and
physically.

'EnVision Proven Success’ is to increase community awareness and raise funds to assist women who are economically or socially disadvantaged.
We will offer comprehensive training and workshops on a vast array of topics. We will provide free-of-charge workforce readiness and employment retention programs to thousands of women in need each year. We are involved in community organizing, empowering the idea of forming a coalition to assist disadvantage/ challenge women.
With ever-increasing demand for their services, our publication "EnVision Proven Success" helps the mission sustain and grow. 'EnVision Proven Success has a professionally printed magazine that shares the stories of women who have regained their dignity and moved forward in a way they previously thought not possible. Their candor allows readers to understand the challenges disadvantaged women face, and how they overcome beautifully, in other word, as disadvantage women, we don’t look like what we’ve gone through.
