If you don't mind doing laundry - or actually enjoy it - we have plenty to keep you busy! We have 2 washers and dryers and 100+ homeless dogs and cats = piles of towels and blankets. It's good exercise and you will be one of the most appreciated people in the County! We're open to volunteers Mondays through Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., so you can set your own schedule and come by whenever you have time. A short orientation on how to use our facilities is all that's needed. This is a great opportunity for a retired person or youths can volunteer alongside a parent. While the washers running, you could play with a cat or puppy, too!

Description
We are the County's animal control service and adoption center for homeless dogs and cats. We offer pet adoption, microchipping, disaster response, humane education & spay/neuter services in partnership with local veterinarians and rescue groups.
