Food distribution volunteers pack food into bags, stock shelves, check clients in, and load client cars. Ability to work outdoors, bend, crouch, stand for extended periods of time, and lift at least 10lbs required. Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese welcome!
Times:
Monday - 9 AM-12 PM (stocking shelves)
Tuesday - Thursday 8:15 AM - 12 PM
Volunteers in this position are required to pass a background check and take a 3 hour class called VIRTUS. VIRTUS teaches adults the signs of child abuse and neglect as well as the best practices Catholic Charities follows to protect youth and vulnerable adults in our ministries.
