We are looking for a volunteer to cover the front desk at our main office during lunch breaks 2-3 days/week. The 1-hour shift can take place any time between 11:30am and 2pm, Monday through Thursday. This would involve answering the phones, transferring calls, receiving mail/packages at the door, and letting counselors know when clients have arrived for appointments. Volunteers should be comfortable in an office environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Comfortable answering phones
- Friendly and professional
Required qualifications:
- 18+
- Reliable transportation

Health Imperatives is a non-profit community based agency that provides vital health and human services to nearly 30,000 families and individuals each year from communities stretching from Quincy to Nantucket.
