Rescue Office Manager - very part time!

Good Karma is a 501(c)(3) foster-based, all-volunteer run, all-breed cat and dog rescue organization based in South Florida. We have a new rescue office in North Lauderdale. This office is mainly used to store and distribute supplies and provide a workspace for paperwork, etc. It is also the meeting point for outgoing & incoming transports, and a place to "stash" cats temporarily when necessary. We really need someone who wants to help keep the office organized. We currently have volunteers scheduled to come in to do 2-4 hour shifts regularly. The office manager would be in charge of:

- scheduling new office volunteers to come in for training
- keeping on top of supplies necessary in office such as cleaning and office supplies; reordering when necessary
- set up a maintenance schedule (for coffee maker, air conditioning, etc.) and ensure maintenance is completed
- be point person for any problem that comes up needing landlord attention

We are a fully volunteer run organization so we are all short on time and would love to find someone who wants to volunteer for us in this capacity .
