First of all let us say, "Thank you," for your interest in volunteering at Wolf Run. With so many opportunities we're sure you'll find just the right fit for you! Senior citizens, those who are disabled, groups, and even great people who want to help animals will find their niche at Wolf Run!
Our programs begin in Lexington where you will work with a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and learn the basics of animal care. Cleaning, food preparation, caring for senior animals, parrots, and dog walking are only a few of the needs. This program requires a minimum of 56 hours per month for eight weeks. After course completion you will have the option to move to the sanctuary program in Nicholasville.
We welcome internships, community hours, and good people who want to make the world a better place!
