Guest Engagement

Looking for a fun thing to do on your free weekdays? Join the Shedd Aquarium family as a Guest Engagement volunteer!

We're looking for people that are excited to share animal stories with guests at exhibits, touch pools, and activity stations. These informal conversations have a huge impact on our guests, and you can be part of it.

Best of all, you get to see our animals every time you're here, and enjoy perks like free admission, discounts, and more!

Not an animal expert? That's okay! We provide all the training you need. Shifts are offered both morning and afternoon; choose what works bet for you.

Get started by filling out the application at www.sheddaquarium.org/volunteering.
