Veterans Needed to help provide recognition of our hospice patients who served in the military at our Gardens Assisted Living in Streetsboro and long-term care facilities and homes in Aurora/Twinsburg/Solon. This may be the last opportunity for them to feel that their service was not in vain and they are appreciated.
- Present a certificate and pin to a Veteran to honor and thank them for their service to our country
- Engage Veteran in talking about his/her time in the military so it may be included in our "Honoring Our Veterans" Story Album

Description
Gardens Hospice is a locally and privately owned and operated service provider based out of Cuyahoga Falls. We provide care to patients living in private residences, assisted living and nursing home facilities in 6 counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Medina, Portage, Stark and Summit Counties.
Our hospice services are designed to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families who are facing life-limiting illness. We help patients and families navigate through the end of life, while bringing peace, comfort and dignity. Our focus is on quality of living, while accepting the reality of death as a part of life.
