The Team Leader must speak Ukrainian, have great communication and organizational skills and is responsible for bringing along and managing a team of two-three volunteers. The Team Leader must be familiar with square sales point, in case somebody would want to make a donation through credit or debit card.(the training " how to use square point sale" will be provided at Volunteer Orientation meeting prior the day of the festival ). The Team Leader will be responsible for money box ( Bring the money box to Volunteer Coordinator after volunteering time of your team is finished.)

The fundraising team is consisted of one leader and two promotional models dressed in specific clothing (flower dresses) who will walk around the festival offering little merchandises to the festival guests in exchange for donations to support UWB mission. ( all fund collected will be used to support orphans in Ukraine) Every fundraising team can contribute from one to two hours of their time for fundraising activities. We will have a day and time list with all available spots and time frames. Each volunteer will be asked to select a specific time frame to which they can dedicate their time and efforts. Each volunteer needs to arrive at least 15 minutes before their service starts. At the day of the event fundraising team leader reports to Volunteer Coordinator.
