We mentor youth through Scouting and our intent is to have a mentor for groups of young men not to exceed four per group. There is an 8-hour mentor training component as well as an unofficial commitment to met with the group once per week for a year. There are outings and overnight camping opportunities as well as a chance to become a Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster. We meet each Saturday with two Saturdays being Scout-centered and two focused on Leadership and Recreation. The 5th Saturdays will be addressed as we get there, or take that day off. If you decide to mentor, you may schedule a time to meet with the youth during the week or take advantage of the Saturday to meet with them. We also offer free access to our fitness center as well as up to three (3) free personal training sessions for all volunteers.

Mission Statement
To prepare youth for tomorrow's challenges by exposing them to and providing them with access to people, places, occupations and skills that may not otherwise be in their normal orbit.
Description
We were established in 2002 with an emphasis on Performance Arts as a means of addressing health issues and choices that youth face as they transition to adulthood. We addressed HIV, AIDS, other STDs, Diabetes, Hypertension, Diet and Exercise, Date Rape, Incest, Teen Pregnancy, Teen Violence and others. The youth would choose the topic, complete research on the topic, interact with an expert in the field and create a Performance Arts piece that is eventually presented to the community, schools, school workers, conferences and other venues.
The work product of the group includes a pay called "Drive-Thru Justice.
We have been dormant for a few years and we are returning with the intent of collaborating with other agencies to provide mentoring through scouting. Using scouting as a platform, we will expose youth to camping, urban farming, social skills, STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Service Learning Projects and Leadership Development.
