Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna is looking for service minded individuals to assist at its Aberdeen ReStore. Volunteers are needed for Saturdays from 9am to 4pm in August. Shifts are usually 2hr to 4hr. However, the ReStore is flexible if someone needs a shorter or longer shift.
Volunteers would be assisting donors in our receiving department, organizing housewares, and helping customers with purchases. Volunteers need to be 16 years or older to volunteer. 14-15 years old can volunteer with a parent or guardian.
The Aberdeen ReStore is nonprofit hardware and furniture store. The ReStore takes donations of appliances, furniture, and construction materials. Donations are sold at a fraction of the price. 100% profits goes towards building affordable homes for low income families.
