We have currently have a list of over 70 youth who are part of Leadership 365. We need someone to assist with maintaining files and records for these young people to make sure that all of the necessary documents are in place so that they can participate in various activities and outings. As part of this program, we have Scouts and we need assistance with keeping a record of attendance and achievement along with making phone calls/ keeping up with merit badges/ deadlines and communicating with parents, vendors and possible donors. Most of the activities can be handed virtually but visiting the location once per month will help in keeping in touch with the kids and the program.

Mission Statement
To prepare youth for tomorrow's challenges by exposing them to and providing them with access to people, places, occupations and skills that may not otherwise be in their normal orbit.
Description
We were established in 2002 with an emphasis on Performance Arts as a means of addressing health issues and choices that youth face as they transition to adulthood. We addressed HIV, AIDS, other STDs, Diabetes, Hypertension, Diet and Exercise, Date Rape, Incest, Teen Pregnancy, Teen Violence and others. The youth would choose the topic, complete research on the topic, interact with an expert in the field and create a Performance Arts piece that is eventually presented to the community, schools, school workers, conferences and other venues.
The work product of the group includes a pay called "Drive-Thru Justice.
We have been dormant for a few years and we are returning with the intent of collaborating with other agencies to provide mentoring through scouting. Using scouting as a platform, we will expose youth to camping, urban farming, social skills, STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Service Learning Projects and Leadership Development.
