The Herndon Harbor Adult Day Health Care Center is looking for volunteer office assistants daily at lunch time, and the last three days of the month for a few hours/day and as needed when center staff are in training or out of the office. Tasks include: front desk coverage, answering the phone, making copies, creating admission packets, filing and data entry and making sure that center participants do not exit unescorted.

Adult Day Health Care Centers provide community-based care to people who need supervision during the day due to changes in their cognitive and/or functional abilities. Each of the four centers offer a safe, fun, and therapeutic environment Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
