ORGANIZATION: Bethany Christian Services

This youth is 20 years old and is a part of Bethany's long-term refugee foster care program. He was separated from his parents when he was 6 years old. He experienced war in Sudan. He spent years in a refugee camp and resettled in the U.S. in 2014. His case manager shared, " He could really use the extra support of a mentor right now. He needs a lot of support, and I do believe that he might be quicker to connect with a younger person." The youth has been diagnosed with PTSD, and he has experienced significant mental health issues over the last couple of months.

*Volunteer must be male or plan to mentor as a family or couple.
