Flavors of Houston 2018 is an evening culinary event (similar to a fundraising gala) but focused on the 20-25 chefs who are the stars of the evening. Each chef prepares a 5-course meal paired with several wines tableside for 12-24 guests who pay between $5,000 for a table and $15,000 depending on the level of their sponsorship.
Volunteers are needed to help the chef's load and unload their equipment, set up table décor, help package silent auction items, decorate silent auction tables, help prepare items purchased during the evening for pick up by donor.
