Join us for the Buddy Box 6000! This event is to bring together volunteers for an exciting afternoon of packing Buddy Boxes, eating at food trucks, listening to music, and spreading the word about the Family Mentor Foundation's mission.
This event is to be able to pack Buddy Boxes for the first half of the school year to help feed hungry kids over the weekend.

Time: Sunday, September 9 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
The first packing session will begin at 1:00pm, and stop for a break at 2:00pm.
There will be a break from 2:00pm - 2:30pm.
The second packing session will begin at 2:30pm, and will end at 3:30pm.

Family Mentor Foundation seeks to help meet the unmet needs of children in our community through a variety of programs and resources that will help a child reach his or her full potential.
Description
Family Mentor Foundation partners with local schools in Columbus and Worthington to distribute nutritious food to 350 children every weekend during the school year. These children qualify for free breakfast and lunch programs during the school week, but do not have access to this vital source of food over the weekend.
