Our annual book sale has been a community event for over 30 years and involves approximately 3 tractor trailer loads of books! During the sale we need cashiers and folks to walk around straightening the books and assisting customers in finding items. The sale is 9-9 on Thursday & Friday and 9-2 on Saturday, May 1, 2, and 3. Shifts are 4 hours. Help with set up and clean up is also needed.

The Shepherd's Center of Greater Winston Salem is an interfaith ministry that supports and promotes successful aging through educational, service, support and volunteer opportunities for older adults.
Description
The Shepherd's Center of Greater Winston Salem recruits volunteers who provide medical and grocery transportation, minor home repairs, as well as home visitation and respite care through our Faith in Action Program. Our senior center provides opportunities to participate in activites, fellowship and educational programs.
