Jericho Road Community Health Center's mission is to provided a culturally sensitive medical home for refugees and low-income community members. It's third medical site in the heart of the Broadway-Filmore area is dedicated to providing the utmost care to community members with aims of meeting community needs that contribute to overall health by facilitating wellness and self-sufficiency by addressing health, education, economic and spiritual barriers.
Volunteers are desired to assist in community outreach by providing information about Jericho Road Community Health Center to the Broadway-Filmore neighborhood through tabling and events.
Jericho Road Community Health Center is dedicated to community development, and hopes to be a part of the thriving, healthy neighborhood. Help us as we listen to those living near out newest location.
