The Total Wellness Program is a FREE weight loss and chronic disease prevention program that exists to help adults lose weight and live better. We are looking for community and student volunteers to help with our upcoming free 8 week ONLINE weight loss classes. There are two ways volunteers can get involved - tracking attendance and engaging in the online class OR working for two hours in our office reviewing food and exercise journal entries the following day after class. This is an excellent opportunity to see how nutrition, public health, wellness, physical activity and lifestyle change all fit together in one program. Anyone interested in volunteering, please contact Lauren Yemane at Lauren_Yemane@occhd.org or 405-419-4122.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
