MAJOR OBJECTIVES:

1. An executive director assistant will exhibit enthusiasm, be an educator who is adept in the orientation of working with others in a robust and diverse environment using interpersonal communication.
2. Apply the term networking: a socioeconomic resource interaction linking business prospectors by strategic conduct to cultivate relationships and further professional goals- in apprenticeship of the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Interview, select on-board members, train and educate serving as a mentor
2. Welcome and receive patrons
3. Have knowledge of the organization's goals
4. Be the professional example to volunteers and guide departments
5. Responsible for scheduling volunteers to ensure adequate coverage
6. Contribute to design and implementation of programs that build/nurture positive relationships with patrons and colleagues
7. Teamwork: Collect and organize information from multiple team members- assisting with preparation for events. Administer calendar and attendee requirements
8. Customer service: follow-up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
