We are the WonderSeed Foundation, a licensed 501c3 that needs your help. We have an innovative approach to preventing youth initiation into drugs and recidivism in the juvenile justice system. Our unique emotional intelligence platform provides interactive brain training tools that stimulate the development of the prefrontal cortex. Our customized methodology fosters emotional intelligence and helps today’s youth make better decisions that will build a brighter tomorrow.

As much as we'd love to train all of our volunteers, many of our roles require prior skills. If you possess intermediate to advanced Grant Writing skills, please contact us today!

Some of the specific skills we are looking for are:

• Passionate, positive, and a go-getter
• Innovative and creative
• Needs Assessment creating
• Has experience with evidence-based research
• Has experience with proposal writing
• Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills.
• A minimum of two years of experience in grant writing
• Excellent knowledge of proposal submission and fundraising process
• Ability to study and understand programs and funding requirements of the organization
• Strong research skills and knowledge of information sources
• Multitasking, organizational, and time management skill
• Draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organization in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Experience using online databases and other sources to locate biographical, financial, and philanthropic information.
