Companionship + Cleaning for a senior in need
ORGANIZATION: East Madison/Monona Coalition of the Aging
Please visit the new page to apply.
The Home Chore Program was developed in 1986 to help low-income adults, 60 years and older. By creating relationships, reducing loneliness, and helping with basic home chores, seniors are able to remain independent and living in their own homes. Volunteers are matched with individual seniors and matches are made based on the needs of the senior adult and the interests and time constraints of the volunteers.
If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity that is personal, rewarding and allows for a very flexible schedule this might be the perfect one for you.
