Volunteers needed to help with mock interviews for Supported Employment program

Four volunteers are needed to help with mock interviews for Family Services, Inc.'s Supported Employment program. Volunteers should have experience with interviewing (either through their own job search or as part of their profession). Volunteers will be asked to conduct a series of 10 minute mock interviews with clients. Volunteers will also be asked to provide feedback afterward to FSI's employment specialists. Friday, August 10 from 9:00am-11:00am at630 East Diamond Avenue, Gaithersburg Volunteers will receive a brief orientation before the interviews, including a packet of questions to ask along with a sticker of the client's interests. Volunteers will be asked to jot down notes during the interview and use a ratings sheet to rate appearance, punctuality, and other qualities. Volunteers are asked to wear appropriate attire for a job interview. Volunteers must complete the Family Services, Inc.'s Volunteer Application, and attend a new volunteer orientation.
