The Education & Workforce Development Committee (EWDC) maintains a database or career ecosystem within the county by establishing relationships with developers, business owners, and training providers. They identify vocational skills necessary to fill current and upcoming vacancies and work with training providers to ensure high-school and young adults are aware and prepared.
