Silent Auction Volunteers Needed for Luncheon at the Coral Casino - Breakfast to be provided!

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, Hospice of Santa Barbara will host its 6th Annual Heroes of Hospice Luncheon at the Coral Casino. We have the distinct pleasure of honoring individuals in our community whose work has advanced our mission to care for anyone experiencing the impact of a life threatening illness or grieving the loss of a loved one.

We are in need of volunteers to help with our silent auction portion of the luncheon. Volunteers will be provided breakfast as an appreciation for our gratitude.

2 volunteers - 7:30 AM- 9:30 AM: Assist & remove 10-15 cartons weighing 10-15 lbs from flatbed truck to outdoor coral casino patio; remove driftwood (approximately 25 pieces small to medium in size)

Set up 10 8’ long tables and umbrellas.

4 volunteers - 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Designer work; working with setting up silent auction tables... - layering tables with linens, runners and burlap; setting up driftwood to display jewelry pieces; laying out

auction items , i.e. wine baskets, gift certificates; spa packages, etc. ; Setting up bid sheets and signage (already prepared)

Looking for individuals who have a design flare for an "Earthy Santa Barbara Seaside look"; knows how to arrange and put together a display with flare
