Doing Good Together (www.doinggoodtogether.org) is a Twin-Cities based nonprofit that provides tools to both families and organizations to help raise compassionate, engaged children. Our innovative activities, resources, and support help make empathy and "giving back" a natural part of life's early lessons. Doing Good Together is seeking volunteer photographers and videographers to document our upcoming Festival of Giving (doinggoodtogether.org/festival), which is taking place on September 30 (noon- 4pm) at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis. We’re also interested in volunteers to take photos and create videos for Family Service Fairs throughout the year.

Description
Doing Good Together (DGT) inspires and equips people to raise compassionate and socially conscious children through family volunteerism.
DGT was founded on the belief that when parents engage with their children in community service, they pass on the spirit of giving to their sons and daughters, strengthen families, and grow a new generation of volunteers and philanthropists. DGT provides hands-on, accessible tools directly to parents, and also helps organizations (including schools, faith groups, social service agencies, volunteer centers, etc.) build capacity to more effectively engage families in service.
