Fundraising Coordinator
Specific Duties
Coordination of Fundraising Activities:- Leads and implements fundraising activities as agreed upon by the Board
- Coordinates with organization members to organize for volunteers, materials and promotion
- Participates in Board meetings and other activities as required
- Provides regular monthly updates on fundraising activities to the Board
- Maintains regular documentation and evaluation of all fundraising activities
- Manage and update sponsor/donor information in coordination with Secretary
- Increase the awareness of PIASD on a provincial level
- Researches and contacts potential funders, including community donors
- Explore and apply for grant applications
- Represents Pawsitive Independence at community meetings, outreach events, radio/TV shows and other community settings.
- Leads the development of an annual fundraising plan and budget
- Regularly reviews fundraising plan and makes modifications as required to meet targets and goals
