Blue Sky Tiger Sanctuary is looking for people with a strong social media presence to help in an upcoming peer-to-peer (P2P) grassroots crowdfunding campaign.

On August 1, 2018, we will be launching our first crowdfunding campaign and need all the help we can get to spread our message far and wide. All we actually need from you is for you to set up a fundraising page on our Classy.org fundraising platform, which takes no more than 3-5 minutes. You can set any amount as your fundraising goal. Once you've created the fundraising page, you can share it on social media. Also, if you're part of a group that would like to participate together, Classy provides group fundraising capabilities!

Please, help us make giving cool. Every animal deserves a voice, and we're trying to provide one for captive tigers currently living in squalid conditions.

The funds we raise will be used to purchase land in Montana which will be used to build our tiger sanctuary. We plan to create a utopia for our tiger friends by utilizing cutting edge techniques such as agroforestry (to make the enclosures mimic natural habitats as much as possible), geothermal heating and cooling, and other renewable energy sources (wind and/or solar power). Our goal is to create the new model for sustainable sanctuaries with a paramount focus on providing the ideal habitat for rescued tigers. Absolutely NO funds will go to pay any salaries, wages, administrative expenses, or the like. Every penny will go towards the purchase of land. If any funds are left over after purchasing land, those funds will be used to build the sanctuary.

Notably, the purpose of our efforts is to provide top notch care to captive tigers rescued from inhumane conditions. We will not, under any circumstances, look to add wild tigers to our sanctuary because such tigers deserve to remain free and in their natural habitats.

We are a 501(c)(3) organization, and a new one at that! In December 2017, we started our operations and, while we've been working on getting a strong fundraising plan together, we've been doing everything we can to raise awareness about the many plights facing captive tigers. You can check out what we've been up to by looking at our blog: https://blueskytigersanctuary.org/blog.
