Help make sure families have information about preschool and kindergarten registration and enrollment by supporting one of our upcoming outreach events at Kroger stores in Cincinnati.
You'll be partnered with other volunteers to hand out information to interested folks coming through the store - we won't be doing registrations or enrollments at the store.
Please indicate your preferred shift time, and first and second location preferences when signing up.
- Shifts: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. (includes set up) or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (includes tear down)
- Kroger Locations: Vine Street, Corryville, Price Hill, Western Hills, Western Village, Northside, Oakley, Hyde Park, Mt. Washington

Description
There are 9,200 three and four-year-old children in Cincinnati, nearly half live at or below the federal poverty level. As our children enter kindergarten, more than 40% of Cincinnati’s children are not prepared. The gap is even greater for low-income children. While there is some public funding preschool tuition assistance available, it is not sufficient to meet the demand. New preschool funding offered by the Cincinnati Preschool Promise will allow more children to attend quality preschool by making it more affordable for the families who need it most.
