Savor presented by Hour Detroit is the new premier two- day food and drink tasting event on the beautiful grounds of the Detroit Zoo. Ticketed guests enjoy sampling food and beverages while strolling the grounds of the Zoo after hours.
Volunteers are needed to pour beer for guests. Volunteers open bottles/cans/taps and pour 2 oz. tastes. Volunteers work in pairs at tables under tents throughout the Zoo. Each Volunteer will received one complimentary zoo ticket to use at a later date.
A mandatory orientation to the event will be held on Wednesday August 8th from 6-7:30pm.
Experienced volunteers will be paired with inexperienced volunteers.
Volunteers must provide proof of ID and must be at least 21 years old.
All Volunteers must sign a waiver of liability.
Volunteers may not sample the food or beverages.

Description
The Detroit Zoological Society is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that operates the Detroit Zoo and Belle Isle Nature Zoo. Situated on 125 acres of naturalistic exhibits, the Detroit Zoo is located at the intersection of 10 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue, just off I-696, in Royal Oak, Michigan.
