Individuals and Groups Needed!

We need your help to help make our summer final music show the best of the season. Your warm personality, smiles, and friendly nature will help make our families feel welcomed and appreciated.

Volunteer could perform these Duties / Responsibilities - The volunteer could help with cleaning, showing families to their chairs, greeting families at the door and thanking them for attending the event post show. You might also be asked to help serve dessert and beverages to families. Volunteers will also help with clean up, put away tables, chairs, and decorations. The volunteer might be asked to help take down lighting, music equipment as well as any other table decorations.

Requirements - The volunteer should be someone who is trustworthy, responsible, and willing to help welcome families and guests into the music show. Volunteers are also welcome to enjoy the show as well if time allows for it. All volunteers must sign a volunteer release waiver form.

Time Commitment - One evening commitment during the date and time allotted below.

Date: August 1, 2018

Set-up Time Range: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Age Requirement -Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
